Great software on the app, but phone interface with bike sucks. Ibex 800 T 2023. Maybe fixed on later models but no help on previous ones. Does interface with maps and music well.

Since upgrading to the 675 SS the app is not as good as it was. I have registered my new bike with the app, and it's showing my bike as a 650 SS and shows kilometers not miles. I've deleted the app unbound my vehicle re-downloaded and rebound the vehicle and still no lucc. Also, I am not receiving notifications if there's unusual movement of the vehicle.

Horrible. After logging in first time never lets me login again. Tried reset password. Tried 3 new email addresses. HORRIBLE! GREAT MOTORCYCLE THOUGH

The app is fine but there needs to be a loud alarm option when it leaves the geo-fence or when its touched my bike was stolen and recovered but only because I just happen to be up late these features are not useful if your sleep also the ability to make a lot smaller geo-fence because app only reported missing when it was halfway up the street out of the large geo-fence

Thanks (edit) 4/5/26 this app tell me my bike is in another state, the tracking doesn't work properly, it will track my ride one day and then the next day nothing is tracked. Bike had 12 check engine lights on, but diagnosed as all good. So it doesn't check anything in the system at all. App is useless.(edit) 4/14/26 Two pages of codes, I mean every code when we scanned the bike, battery is out, and I'm in another state. But when you run a diagnostic check on the app, it says all okay. WHAT?
