★★★★★ Very easy to access chargers even for a pensioner new to ev. Driving

★★★★★ Cannot enter a card start date after 2019

★★☆☆☆ Awful app, can't register a card as the expiry date only goes up to 2025 and my card expires in 2027. You can't put a start date of 2020 as it only goes up to 2019. Very dated unusable app that won't connect to the chargers and keeps telling me to check my network. Bloody useless, can't believe this app is still allowed to run at hospitals. If I can get away with giving it no stars I would.

★★☆☆☆ Can't add a payment card. The expiry date on the app does not show the expiry date I need to enter, so can't add any payment card. Useless. Also, most of the charge points show as unavailable.

★★☆☆☆ The app says the nearest charging point is 82 miles away I live in central Edinburgh there are dozens of closer charge points.
