★★★★★ This app does a very poor job of managing users' expectations which is why it has such a low rating. If all you want to do is go to a dock and hire a bike, this app is great. I think extra bits should simply be removed. Remove the route planning feature - it doesn't work. Setting up a membership or forgetting your password usually involves a call to customer support. Why doesn't this app offload that to the website and have a link back for logged-in users?

★★★★★ Faced no issues with this app at all. Everything worked well and reasonably fast, was surprised having read some of the other reviews.

★★☆☆☆ I have uninstalled. Can't update payment details. Getting a parameters malformed error then app freezes. This is fundamental part of the app and at a minimum should work. Update 30/9/2023. Thought I would retry to update payment details. This error still persists. Unbelievable.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible UI Doesn't accept my card details, so I can't use Edit - the more I use this app the more I realize how useless it is and how little effort tfl have put into it. I live Boris bikes, such a good schemes. It's a shame the app is so awful
