Downloaded this just to uninstall immediately. App does not give option to create an account, so can't even use the app. Go to the website to open an account, and it immediately asks for a subscription and money. I'll stick with my "Heavy" app. Very disappointed

I've been trying to figure out how to cancel my membership, but the platform is intentionally designed to make it incredibly difficult. There’s no clear 'Cancel' button—neither on the app nor the website. It simply doesn’t exist. On top of that, finding a way to contact customer service feels like solving a puzzle. Once you sign up, it’s like you're locked in. It shouldn’t be this hard to leave a service.
