This is the WORST app, called Charlie, I've ever had... I haven't been able to get into my account for at least a year now... I've called several times to change my phone number and each time they say it will take up to 3 to 4 days, so I wait then I have other things to take care of, I come back to my account still not changed!!! I'm glad Chime is taking over Charlie... hoping Chime will be a lot better! PLEASE so I can get into my account easier...then calling to change my personal information.

Too many "speed bumps" called security. Tied up your money without remedy. Have a daughter stranded on a dark road and find out she has to wait 6 hours to get the cash help..... I'm getting new account other banking
