I was having all the same issues as mentioned by everybody else but just speaking with a lovely gent at Suncorp who fixed the issue. Apparently an Android update a while ago changed the automatic date and time settings for Androids. If you switch the date and time settings to automatic it solves the issue. I did as suggested, and it does seem to have fixed the issue and I have also been able to reinstate biometrics. Back to loving Suncorp. Hopefully for good.

Have had nothing but problems ever since last year with this app. Husband's access was removed for some reason on his phone, finally got fixed and then suddenly my access stopped. Have tried to uninstall, reinstall and login. Managed to log in once, then couldn't log in again. Over it. Finding a new bank. And no, will not be calling to "fix". You guys have screwed up a perfectly working app, and we aren't the only ones to have this problem.

Please fix the unresponsiveness when opening the app and the incredibly long log on time. The app used to be fast maybe 12 months ago but is getting slower and slower.

It was working ok for a while on my samsung then all of a sudden I can't log in using passcode or fingerprint anymore, same error as others suffered "error occurred" then when I set my time and date as automatic, it says my login is invalid. I'm using one of the lastest high end samsung phones. I tried on Iphone and can log in using passcode and face recognition just fine. So frustrated. Will have to change bank if this persists

Often in maintenance, slow to load and is the worst part of banking with Suncorp.
