Best feature is being able to have multiple subaccounts at no cost that are viewable in the App. Great for budgeting or monitoring finances for specific purposes. The separate multifactor authentication App is a little painful but good for security. Transfers don't seem to send as efficiently as other banks I've used.

I like Suncorp, but the amount of times this app just closes on me or says something went wrong is honestly frustrating can I just log in to check my balance without it closing on itself? No I wish they would improve the app and make it a lot better to use then it has been for a while.

Don't get it if you have anything but an iPhone and want to use a digital card feature. They only support the Apple Cult for that.

Have had nothing but problems ever since last year with this app. Husband's access was removed for some reason on his phone, finally got fixed and then suddenly my access stopped. Have tried to uninstall, reinstall and login. Managed to log in once, then couldn't log in again. Over it. Finding a new bank. And no, will not be calling to "fix". You guys have screwed up a perfectly working app, and we aren't the only ones to have this problem.

Still ONE STAR! Zero if I could! All of a sudden the App will only open to a white screen. Have done everything they've asked me to do . Cleared cookies, cache, uninstalled, then reinstalled, and it's still not bloody well working. I've just spent almost two hours waiting on 131175 and gave up waiting. What am I supposed to do? Do they want me to leave and go to another bank? To make matters worse we have no Suncorp Bank in Victoria! Fed up! Just truly damn well Fed up! Thanks, ANZ! 👎
