Update 2: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Required to simply log in to web is not ideal, especially if phone breaks. BUT THANK YOU for adding SELF DEACTIVATION in the app. 👍👍👌 Update 1: ⭐ Needed for big transactions - fair enough. But then you're FORCED to use it just log in. There is no EASY way out after using. Highly recommend to not use. Original:⭐ Terrible service, terrible product. This is the worst of "bank stuff". Opt in by yourself. No opt out without a phone call. Ridiculous! Got locked out 3 times.

Downloaded it ..... then you sign into online banking, and it asks you to download the banking app ..... CHEEZY omg going round n round in circles..... bloody token.... why ? I don't want etc. pins n codes .....

it's ok but I'm not getting anywhere as it says Suncorp secured app will b download on to ur divise soon n that's happen so many times n still have not got google secured apps in my apps so what's happening ???

I initially had an issue where the account setup kept failing to SMS me. I called suncorp about 10pm, answered quickly, pleasant australian lady made sure my mobile was recorded correctly and it worked. Annoying the sms wouldn't work, but the good service and quick fix made it better.

Can't replace my existing token at all. The app gets to the point where I set the pin, but when I do it just throws an unspecified "You are experiencing a technical error" and just doesn't let it through. Can't even log in on the old device because even when I put the right pin in I get locked out for an hour after just one try. Utterly hopeless, and now I'm locked out of the desktop internet banking until it's fixed.

Terrible. Have been locked out of my account, despite using the correct account number and password. Therefore, it had to be the security code generated by the App. NOT HAPPY!!! Spent 45 minutes trying to phone Suncorp with no success. Pathetic!!
