Super happy with the service. Have been using the service for over a year now and am super happy (we use it for after school care). It's very flexible. The app still needs some work, but the underlying service is amazing. Even on weekends and late in the evenings their customer service team is always on standby ready to help out in case of late cancellations or unfilled bookings. The sitters are great as well... most are very dependable, sweet and punctual. Can heartily recommend to any parent.

We love the service and the angels we have met and taken care of our kids. The app however, is just terrible. It does not work on Android, iOS, or in a browser. Next to impossible to use most of the time.

Sign up pages refuses to tell you why it rejects the page. The chat app shows all messages as if you sent them. Pictures that are sent over the chat are not shown. After accepting a booking the layout of the page is broken. The chat says it is disconnected, while internet works fine. What isn't broken on this app?

Can't even get past the sign-up process. The app doesn't open up my gallery, media picker, or camera when I have to put a picture on my profile, and I'm renderib stuck. Furthermore, I can't even opt to add a picture later. The app is useless.
