For a payment app, this is expected to work 100% of the time. It can't leave customers stuck with no way to pay, which occurs with this app at the worst random times possible. Has left me with errors or unable to pay at some gas stations. Infinitely annoying.

Awful!! I installed Chase pay which seems to only work in conjunction with Samsung pay. Neither Chase pay nor Samsung pay work on my Note 5. Neither app is user friendly. And Samsung pay has rebooted my phone several times when I attempted to use it. Developers need to realize if a digital wallet app doesn't work flawlessly every time, they just aren't worth the bother. I may as well use my credit card. Most places don't take digital wallets anyway.

It NEVER functions as it should. Had to change my password 4x just to get in it, it recommends an update--app has nothing to update. Had to uninstall and reinstall just to get what I needed. Every time its a nightmare. I usually just avoid it. Cant wait til Im done with Chase.
