Need to update application to show participant restaurants list and or location on map; as with the original fuel rewards application. The visibility is missing in this application replacing fuel rewards later in 2026 Good update, lots of more details; yet still either missing or in progress outright missing the restaurants list Update 5/26: Dining locations have been added, appreciate the considered feedback into implementation

Solve the issued for previous 2 times error in my shell app. But still same raceway discount not applied yet when pay at the pump and failure warning" limit exceeded" I will l submit issue to support again. And u guys fix and make the app more smoothly since this is big rig for gas around the world, shell!!!

Payments work smoothly for gas. App works decently. Sad they removed PayPal payment capability within the last 6 months or so.

It took talking to support to fully understand some features offered through the app and why not all receipts are offered. As it hadn't been apparently clear that using the car wash is Bluetooth enabled through the device, I now appreciate the apps' usefulness. The features the app offers just take a bit more time navigating to find them the first time. The only thing missing is some promos are not on the app, but through on site point of purchase.

Unlike Shell's Fuel Rewards app, the Shell app does not display a station's gas price on the map!!!

This app doesn't work. No matter how you try to redeem your fuel rewards (at pump with max fuel or set amount, in store with set amount, typed your alt ID, 7 different stations), it never reduced the amount. I tried their live chat support, but I would either get an error between 8am-6pm cst, or their chat would be closed. The app shows my fill ups, but doesn't register any of them in the "gold/platinum status" section. You don't actually get rewards, or any help. Don't bother

Would have liked to use the app.... but unfortunately I had trouble with my shell account, and I needed to delete it and when I went to reinstall it my scene card can't be linked.... I've called tech support numerous times have uninstalled reinstalled... deleted accounts couples times... nothing seems to fix it... tired of calling tech support all the time for a problem that will never get fixed.
