All went well until you need to add credit card details. Well, not all business use credit cards and the app does not accept Visa debit card. Yet they still charge and refund 2p, which means the card comes through ok. App does not open. You have to force it to close and then reopen. Useless so far... Update December 2024. I have decided to give another go. It has been working well for last few months. Process is straight-forward throughout. Pay at pump via the app works very well.

"Please wait while we log you into your account" - Proceeds to say this for Eternity. Haven't even been able to log in let alone use the app. How hard can a smooth login process be to make?

Unable to log in to the app. Just stays on login page saying loading. I have a failed payment because I had to cancel my debit card because of fraud and can't login to pay.

AVOID Was told I will get an invoice on the 1st of the month and payment would come out of my bank for this. I got an invoice on the 1st of April for March which was £0 I took on some delivery which I don't invoice for 3 weeks so used my shell account from the 4th of April then received an invoice on the 9th of April and tried to take funds out of my account which wasn't there then they instantly suspended my account, only way to contact is email which they completely ignore. AVOID

Useless app and poor customer support means I'm unable to access my account on my phone or computer. I haven't got access to the phone number it has on record for me and upon asking to change this they requested a screenshot only to ignore me for almost a month now. Still unable to view any transactions coming out from my account + more importantly can't see what's outstanding on the card so no idea what I owe. Was working perfectly until an update - please just leave it alone!
