All went well until you need to add credit card details. Well, not all business use credit cards and the app does not accept Visa debit card. Yet they still charge and refund 2p, which means the card comes through ok. App does not open. You have to force it to close and then reopen. Useless so far... Update December 2024. I have decided to give another go. It has been working well for last few months. Process is straight-forward throughout. Pay at pump via the app works very well.

I am trying to log in to my existing shell fleet hub account, but it keeps asking me which card type I want to order and there is no way to skip. I already have a card, and I don't need a new one. Can't use the app, removing it already.

App is telling me there is an update to the app but Google play has no update for the app. Now I have received an email saying my invoice has not been paid and my account is frozen. A complete joke of an app as unusable.
