Extremely poor technology! First, they'll advertise their subscription plans, which look pretty good, but if you go directly for a subscription, you're going to regret it. Apparently, their tech is so bad, that you need to do a minimum Rs. 100 recharge in the wallet and only after that if you buy the subscription, it'll work. Today, I lost faith in a brand that I've proactively advocated for more than 10 years. Shell is not a good option for EV charging. I'm going and selling all Shell Shares.

Worst possible charging app, first the charge is double of all other players and the app interface is pathetic. The chargers are not maintained. If you want to waste your time and money please install this.

Not able to register. When you try to type otp it gets stuck after 3 or 4 digits. When you try to log in using email always give error already registered. When I am already registered how should I log in????

Really bad experience, I have a 2-wheeler Ather, the charges are too high. Upon that it's slower than home charging. No fast charging option.highly recommend not to use it if you can avoid.
