Description

Questa funzionalità, la scrittura a mano, è stata impiegata per digitalizzare 2 flussi di lavoro: la firma del DDT (o fattura accompagnatoria) e la preparazione dei prodotti da spedire in assenza di specifiche applicazioni di logistica di magazzino. L’app può essere configurata per gestire un solo processo, per esempio solo la firma del documento, oppure per gestire entrambi i processi.

Nella preparazione dei prodotti l’operatore, dopo aver scelto il documento, può scrivere sul pdf ciò che vuole, per esempio le quantità prelevate, gli eventuali lotti o semplicemente annotare il progresso della preparazione.

Nel processo di firma, al contrario, la modifica è limitata alla sola firma grafica del destinatario, disegnata in un pannello specifico che ne facilita l’acquisizione.
I documenti firmati o annotati sono archiviati nel “Protocollo comunicazioni” di Ergo e possono essere stampati o inviati tramite mail al destinatario.
