Automate your property operations and maintenance by allowing Checklist to schedule your service providers. Take the headache out of coordinating property care and make your staff more efficient.

Checklist is a property management tool used to automate the scheduling of service providers such as cleaning staff, gardeners, maintenance, catering, and much more.

Spend less time scheduling service providers by setting up an assignment rule. Assignment Rules will automatically create and send jobs to your selected service providers. Checklist can send jobs to all service providers selected using a first come, first serve strategy, where any service provider selected can accept the job, or using a priority list strategy which allows for a round-robin style selection.

NEW FEATURES:

- Add visual checklists to show the service providers exactly what needs to be done.

- Connect to booking sites via iCal to automate jobs when bookings are created.

- Create Assignment Rules to automate job creation or cancellation.

- Create manual jobs at any time, for any property.

- View images, comments & incident reports submitted by service providers in real time.

- Pay service provider invoices.
