New UI looks really good, now I can view my upcoming tickets, PM's and rounds in single view. I like the application, It's easy to use, I like the way its organized. Looking forward for more features.

Good for techs and the devs seem to listen and iterate on feedback impressively quickly. It's definitely not for those just looking for to-do list apps like Keanu or Has Crack have pointed out (that's what Google Keep is for), but if you need a real-time map with seamless web integration to link to your org and have a team that gets work done, then it's worth considering this app.

Clearly the negative reviews here are fake. I've worked in multiple facilities over my 9 years in the industry, and I haven't found any tool as good for operations management as this one. Nice to see a software focused on the people actually doing the work rather than being another automated CPU monitor. With that said there *ARE* some issues, but any issue I had, I found that Customer service is very friendly, and they're constantly putting out updates and fixes to the app.

Currently, being forced to use this horrible app. This is the worst service app I've ever been forced to use and after 20 years in field service that's really saying something. This app is extremely broken in so many ways.

Saves camera photos when it feels like it, usually takes multiple attempts to take, then hit save for it to register. App runs, but locks home screen while doing so, which tends to crash the app/camera. Logging in with SSO redirects to external browsers, which may or may not redirect you back to the app or just log you into the browser version instead of the app. Poorly organized hierarchy. Like a Swiss army knife when you need slice tomatoes for a sandwich.

Nothing wrong with the app except it never works, and you'll never hear back from their support team when you submit a support ticket.
