Full of bugs...useless app....very disappointed...everything data either wrong or not showing....worst update....

I purchased a Bajaj Chetak 3501 with TecPac expecting connected features to work properly, but my experience has been disappointing. The app continuously shows 0% battery, 0 km odometer, no vehicle location, and "Last Updated – N/A." Despite multiple service center visits, customer support calls, emails, data pack recharges, TCU replacement, the issue remains unresolved for months. The service center staff have been helpful and cooperative, but the backend support is not good at overall.
