There is only one problem with this app which is navigation system. It shows wrong direction, I don't know if the map is updated or not but can you please resolve this issue. Why can't it be like Google map which is accurate. Or can you add google map connect feature for example we can use Google map direction in the bike console.

I am writing to strongly express my dissatisfaction regarding a persistent issue with my Pulsar N160's navigation feature, which has not worked since purchase. I have already logged three formal complaints and sent multiple emails regarding this matter. Unfortunately, I have neither received a response nor seen any action taken to resolve the issue. As a customer, it is incredibly frustrating to pay for a premium feature that does not function, and even more so to be met with complete silence.

Third class UI. Old UI looked modern and premium, now it feels outdated. Only Spares is Showing, Labor invoice is not shown in invoice details anymore. In the Bajaj Care app, “View Invoice” option was also there before, but now no such option. Apart from this third class UI and reduced features, Bluetooth connect, reminders and others are good.

Very worst app UI not expected like this issue from bajaj company, after pulser 150 model bike purchase Bluetooth one day only works after next day bike is not found error if I register or sign newly. Please fix this bug or else return our money to all customers who purchased the bike with Bluetooth model else I will file a complaint to consumer court along with required details.
