Terrible experience in my area. Trying to support local jobs and a great local service, but never again. Customer service is good with app support, but whoever is running the business in my area is giving it a bad name.

Anytime you order food, they drop it on your step and leave, no knock, no call, you get a text about 10+ minutes after it's been delivered and sitting on your step

Not sure what the point of even having locations in Goose. Never once has any of them worked. Very rarely do any show as available. Nobody I know has ever had it worked, so I'm not sure why these towns even still on here.

If you back out to fix and order it loses your order and you have to start over. Very glitchy app. Changed from 2 to 1 star. New restaurants are losing out over your glitchy app. Full orders can't go through, and we need to use skip instead.
