I had ordered papad from Chaya Kart, but instead of wheat chik papad, they sent semolina (rava) papad—and that to all broken into pieces. I had ordered 3 products and even made the payment online, but I received only 1 product, and that too was not the original (seems duplicate). Earlier, I had also ordered Basra vadi and wheat vadi, but those were not properly dried and got spoiled completely, so I had to throw everything away.

What has happened is that the Celaya Kart app is not opening? I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but it still shows an error saying “Something went wrong.” The menu is also not visible. Please solve my problem, as I want to order some products.

I had one of the worst experiences with the Chayakart app. I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked at the kind of service and quality they are providing. I ordered food expecting it to be fresh and hygienic, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The product looked like it had been eaten or damaged by rats. This is not just poor service — this is a serious health and safety concern. How can any company send out food in
