★ Phonetic inheritance – how characters inherit their sounds from their components.

Thank you so much for this great effort! It made memorizing chinese character easy and interesting. By breaking character into radicals, then relating each radical to a story based on the shape of the radical itself. Please, keep adding more words.

This app is very helpful for memorizing Chinese characters. There are explanations provided for each component of the characters, as well as assistance with mnemonic or etymology.
