The best Chopped Leaf location I've ever been to. They still have vegetarian salad rolls, which is always a treat when we pass through Red Deer. Staff are the friendliest, service is fast, dining area and bathrooms are spotless, and the food is hot and delicious. They have salads, bowls, wraps and sandwiches and are happy to swap out ingredients for vegan and GF options. Thank you for always having such great service!

I ordered 40 min in advance. 6pm order to pickup at 6:40pm. Arrived and the store hadn't even received my order. I had to go grab my phone from my truck, show the email receipt because the app doesn't show past orders 😔 and the poor guy had to take a photo of my receipt, so he could deal with this after he made my food. I hope they are somehow reimbursed as I was charged and pre-tipped through the app. Never trusting the app again, it's been deleted.

It won't send me the verification code, so I am unable to use the app. It says invalid format for phone number but won't allow any change to the format. Store owner proceeds to tell me it's the first time this has happened.

This app is now, hands-down, the worst online ordering app I've ever experienced. 1) It doesn't remember or detect the closest store to my location, and can't even get the city correct! 2) It used to remember my last order and allow me to select it with one touch; no longer. 3) It used to remember my CC info, but no longer. Ordering now is like ordering for the first time, EVERY TIME! They've actually succeeded in making ordering via the app LESS convenient that ordering at the store!.
