CIB OTP app opens the privacy policy web page and exits before even entering pass to OTP and copying it, and if I manage to reach the OTP, it is invalid. Edit: issue resolved through resetting the app and the OTP from customer service.

I have a problem with Instant transfer service in CIB Online Banking OTP always be invalid whenever what I do like opening CIB Online banking on website on PC and OTP token app on mobile for fast copy-paste and there is about 25 sec remain and tell me OTP is invalid

Complete waste of time the application generates the code and when I paste it inside the cib application to perform a local transfer it keeps telling me this code is invalid until I got blocked it is full of bugs, I don't know why all of these steps to perform a transaction if someone has already made it into my banking application he would be also able to know this access this token application so why making all of this unneeded steps and the ui is pain in the head to deal with
