This used to have biometrics enabled. So you generate otp with fingerprint. But I can't find it anymore. Is there any chance that this could be brought back ?

The OTP generated by the app was frequently rejected as invalid, even when entered correctly within the valid time window, causing failed authentication. However, the support team responded very quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. The app is now working fine.

Complete waste of time the application generates the code and when I paste it inside the cib application to perform a local transfer it keeps telling me this code is invalid until I got blocked it is full of bugs, I don't know why all of these steps to perform a transaction if someone has already made it into my banking application he would be also able to know this access this token application so why making all of this unneeded steps and the ui is pain in the head to deal with

Something terribly wrong! I did all stuff to work the app mission. Then am able to even generate that 4 no codes! YET CAN NOT ACTIVATE BY SOFT TOKEN IN CIB BANKING APP! I have to be on the otp app to regenerate the activation code. Back to cib app. Boom! It just does NOT work! I don't know what to do!
