Ciggywala has launched All-India Operations! Since April 2018, Ciggywala operated in Bangalore as a late night delivery service, offering home deliveries in under 25 minutes. Now, we have launched across India, taking orders throughout the day, covering several major cities with 25 Min hyperlocal deliveries of packs and cartons, while restarting our carton courier service across the entire country as well. All prices will be strictly MRP plus a small delivery fee per order, and customers can purchase a pack, 2, 5, 10 or entire cartons at MRP for the same delivery charge. (We will initially operate between 8AM - 8PM due to Central guidelines, but will expand to 24/7 as soon as we are allowed).

Order #2721483 Ordered on 12:52 am, Expected delivery time: 1:27 am... Waited for more than 2 hours for delivery... Then my ordered got cancelled when I asked how much time will it take.... I guess they serve new customers on time and then take them for granted later coz my first order was delivered about 10-15 mins later than the expected time which was completely acceptable but this time cancelled after 2 hours of waiting.... Ordered for a carton of B&H blue. Guy came and gave me a carton of BH red which I don't smoke. Money was transferred and nothing could be done. Please check ur order b4 accepting. Now I am stuck with a carton of no use to me. There is no customer care. Careful guys. Its the local panwala trying to sell stock they have. App 8s making this work. Basic modus operandi.Rubbish don't order at all
