App randomly glitches or shuts down. Unfortunately, this is the official app for reviewing and processing my digital tickets for UC athletics. Since UC has been using this app for digital tix, it continues to shut down every year. This week alone it stopped working or kicked me out of the app 3 times on 8/31; 2 times on 9/1; and 4 times on 9/2. I have deleted the app, reset my phone, and reloaded the app twice since 8/31, and it still shuts down. If I could, I removed it from my phone.
