I used it with my Orbi router to limit device times. The app worked for the different profile and apps I wanted to restrict.

Like others are reporting, when you switch to a new phone, you will no longer be able to log into the app. It will say it is sending you a code, but you will not get it. Now, I am locked out of the app with no way to admin all the devices I have set up. I have a laptop that the Wi-Fi gets turned off at 10pm every night and no way to modify that. Disabling parental controls in the router interface doesn't help. I'll probably have to factory reset the router to fix this. Huge mess to fix.

Net gear says they are not supporting the circle app anymore because their contract with circle expired. Disney said netgear suppose to support the app. Therefore. Better not to get this app. Also kids can easily bypass the restrictions u put. Iam trying to enter my passcode but unable to. Though I have been using the app for some time. I have changed my phone
