The only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because there are many glitches. But what is important is the top rate facilitators who are so passionate about their jobs. There are some facilitators at Circles who are extremely knowledgeable about mental health and grief and trauma. They guide members to a better well-being. As a person who has gone to therapy for most of my life. I can honestly say I have gotten more out of 1 group than all of my years with one on one therapy.

They ripped me off, and are requesting pictures of my bank account, and PayPal account after I sent them my Google Play Recipe. I paid for the service, and it has been about two weeks of complaining to PayPal, Google play, and Circles. They took my money, and refuse to give me anything for it. I think this therapy group just wants information to rip people off. It's been almost a month, and they are blowing up my email, and still refuse to give access to what I paid for.

The worst place for advice! I tried this when it was free. There's definitely a lot of bitter, angry, n hateful ppl on this site. As well a lot of clicky ppl. When free I've seen the facilitators just cancel or leave a person in the group for a while in charge. That's not how a facilitated group should be. To pay to have regular ppl with problems running group rooms. Safe no, not if you can join n have a fake story for months. Be aware lots of neg comments here about this place called circles
