The app has potential, but it's quite mediocre / more time-consuming than similar in the market. Lacks basic and useful tools like editing submissions (if anything is wrong, you have to resubmit from scratch) or translation tools (like "lenses"), no foreign currency/conversion options, OCR is not reliable; for the human part, you can expect slow processing times (a week in average), inconsistency regarding the interpretation and application of their own policies and lack of accountability.
