Extremely buggy app for an online bank. Multiple times when I have been unable to log in at all because of something like constant refreshing on the login page

Often requires an unnecessary second factor authentication when using biometric login. Otherwise, functionally okay, but slow and clugey non-native ui makes for a poor user experience - e.g X close buttons throughout, full screen loading indicators, slow screen rendering that's shifts during render and completely redraws even when just visited. Should rebuild as native Android app using lastest material design principals and authentication principals. Gena coding tools makes this easy.

Complete nightmare start to finish! Allowed password characters is restrictive. Can't use email as username. Biometrics doesn't work at all. Organization is terrible. Must navigate through several pages to get to savings buckets. Savings automation is complicated to find and only allows percentages, not dollar amounts. Then it doesn't work, so you have to do everything manually anyway. I was looking for more automation in an online-only bank. I guess I'm still looking!
