I use this app to access my HSA, and I find it works great. The money doesn't transfer immediately, it takes a couple of days, but that's due to the bank, not the app itself. I have found it to be user-friendly and simple enough to sort things out myself, not glitchy or anything like that, and feels secure. that's all I can ask for with a banking account.

Often requires an unnecessary second factor authentication when using biometric login. Otherwise, functionally okay, but slow and clugey non-native ui makes for a poor user experience - e.g X close buttons throughout, full screen loading indicators, slow screen rendering that's shifts during render and completely redraws even when just visited. Should rebuild as native Android app using lastest material design principals and authentication principals. Gena coding tools makes this easy.

AWFUL app that matches an AWFUL bank with AWFUL customer service. They'll put you on hold unusually long and are not well versed on their own bank policies. UGHHHH! Run away from CIT! NOT to be confused with CITIBANK! CITIBANK IS MILES ABOVE Rinky-Dink CIT Bank!

Biometrics is broke! App still forgets that I have Biometrics setup. I keep going through the process of signing in with a PW, enabling Biometrics, then it works for a few days! Then forgets Biometrics again! Fix your app!

If you like being constantly locked out this app is for you. Even if you set up biometric verification, that will stop working, and then you will need to manually sign in. once you manually sign in, the password that you have saved and use consistently will not work. You then get locked out and even though you try to retrieve online, it won't work, and then you get to call them. If you're looking to waste time, go no further and download this app.
