The app is kind of useless to me as I can't pay the outstanding balance through it. I have to go physically to the bank each month for payment. Which is very dangerous during the pandemic. I can't think of any bank that does not provide online service specially those days. Oh, before I forget. The only service the app provides apart from showing the balance is to convert the outstanding balance to installments.
