It was my 1st tour experience ever, and it was amazing. From transportation, accommodation locations right down to the bus driver!! Everything ran like clock work. There was an opportunity to extend my tour (while out on the rd), and Civitatis came through with no issues. These guys were really helpful. I would like to mention our tour guide, Aden. No good experience. It's not recommended to use it. I booked a Sena River trip in Paris in a day that the system allows me, and it was information about availability on that day but on the PDF information received on an email it was no availability for that day; Then I called the customer service to confirm the information, and they said that the last boat on that day it was at 6:30pm, but it was not information at all about it unless you call them. I miss my trip due to the missing information. ☹️

This app uses a lot of battery in a ver short time, extremely inefficient Updated review - Usually all the tours that you book work out fine, but if you are in bad luck and get ripped off by the tour operator, Civitatis will side with the operator instead of the customer. Be aware of this.
