I give the Clearview Live app 4 out of 5 stars. For the most part it's very dependable, easy to use, and accurate. The only time I had a problem with the app. Was when it was offline for scheduled updating and I couldn't use it. I understand updating apps is a necessity, so I can accept the app being down occasionally

App doesn’t work, doesn't let you connect to anyone and just keeps saying you are already in an active call, but you are not.

Need to do a video call to open an account but can't start a video call. Popup says "Cannot start a video call. Your account is already in an active video call. If you ended a call too quickly the system may not have updated yet. It may take a few seconds before you can make another call. You may also click Hang Up to end the call now." Even after hitting hang up and waiting a few minutes the same thing happens.
