★★★★★ I had an exceptionally good experience using this app to deposit a check. The teller who received my call was friendly and helpful, she was calm and supportive, and I appreciate her help so much. The video was clear, audio was clear, and the app had no problem connecting to my phone and camera.
★★★★★ I have been using this app for some time now. There's no branch nearby, and the co-op share branch puts holds on check deposits, which can be very inconvenient at times. This app is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Depositing checks is easy and fast. You can chat as well as have a video call with member services. Plus, they're open until 7 pm to help.
★★☆☆☆ Why this App hasn't been DELETED FROM GOOGLE PLAY?!?!!! IT DOES NOT FUNCTION. THE EMPLOYEES AT P1 FCU CONFIRM THIS AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO ENGAGE THROUGH APP. DO NOT BOTHER. WHAT ELSE DOES PLAY STORE OFFER THAT Doesn't WORK???? 😕
★★☆☆☆ I've attempted log in three times. It doesn't recognize my email and or password. When I try to make a quick call, it doesn't even advance to connect icon. The only reason I have this app I'd because the banking app doesn't read the tack sharp images produced by its own software. On average, it takes about 1/2 hour to complete business that should take only five minutes. Fix your JUNK apps!!
