Switched to a new phone, doesn't send OTP inspire of numerous efforts. An elaborate system was set up at my complex with a Bluetooth station which I've never seen anyone use and requires the security guards to manually generate exit codes for guests instead of being able to use the entry code to exit as well. The app also does not notify you when the guest has used the code for entry/exit. What's the point??

Need to know why a system is offline. Due to load shedding or the unit is not operational at the estate. Sms also does not work.

This app doesn't work, I don't know why estates are making us use it. I can never generate a code, every time I have to go fetch my visitor from the gate. When I try the send sms option, it just says there are no gates available. Went to web version, still doesn't work. I'm giving 1 star because I can't give zero. Please fix your app. I'm very unsatisfied.
