Getting there App concept is excellent, but the synching has to be perfect. It needs to have an auto download button that can be configured for as often or little as required.

Good but could be better Jobs that are not due for a few weeks show up at the top and jobs say due tomorrow are all the way down at the bottom, so you spend a lot of time scrolling which is annoying. Also, when a job has said two visits and the engineer is due for the second visit on 4th July, the 1st visit says 1st July will show as the 2nd job date which causes confusion and a risk of the job not being done. Apart from the above it's not a bad app.

Cool Jobs When this app is running in the background it KEEPS interrupting ALL other apps, browsing the web...... no look at me.... trying to make a call..... no you'll have to close be and start again. Ahhhhhh otherwise it's a good app

Syncing is unreliable Office syncs job to cloud. Sometimes job comes to app after a couple of minutes other times I need to force stop the app then do a full sync to get job to show up. Happens on Wi-Fi and 4g there is no speed issue on my connection. I'm not happy with the unreliability of this app therefore until it's more reliable I can't recommend this app.

Slow, unreliable. Can take upto half an hour or more to do a download in full 4g or on fiber Wi-Fi. Can actually download a hd movie on the same connection quicker than clik can download a job. At least 2–3 times a week jobs are missing and have to be re-synced. Decides to crash when you start typing into work done notes. To be honest, I'm glad it's my boss who pays for this, as it's really, really poor and unreliable.
