★★☆☆☆ This app took out $10 without my consent. I have it set up to take out $10 at a particular day a month to put into savings, however it took this money out on the wrong day and did not put it in my savings so I don't know what this was for. The only way to contact them is through their email because the chat feature never seems to work. I have not heard back from them regarding this payment is the fact that I can not turn off the automatic withdrawal feature, you can only pause it. All I want at this point is to be able to withdrawal all the money I have saved through them, get the $10 they took out without my consent, and turnoff the automatic withdrawal but this app makes it nearly impossible. Do not trust this app! ***Update*** This app still has all my money I put into savings, I have been emailing them about it and have been told twice it would post to my account that day and twice that has not happened. The last email even said the money would post to my account that afternoon at 1 pm, again nothing. I'm getting really sick of the lies and I just want MY money back in my account. I suggest never using this app because they will take your money and you will never see it again.

Contact customer support the other day and now my withdraw was cancelled for some reason. I signed up for the account and made very little deposits. Now this was a test to see what kind of scam this was. I thought this was a great app for saving, until I was given the run around about a deposit. What bank you know play around with people money like that. I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT DEPOSIT ANY AMOUNTS OF MONEY INTO THIS ACCOUNT. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL COME UP WITH EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO WITHDRAWAL YOUR MONEY. Never Never Use this app. You cannot retreibs the money you invested. Customer support lie about withdrawal, if you could make an withdraw from my account easily, there shouldn't be an issue replacing it, but these people come up with every excuse in the world not to refund your money.
