I've been with dough for a good amount of time now. At first, they were pretty okay. Now I'm so sick of them. I can't even recount how many times I haven't been able to log into my account and access my money because the app was acting ridiculous and telling me that my login credentials are wrong. I reset my password and still can't access the account, so I always end up having to reach out to customer service (via email only which seems to be their preferred method of communication) Go with Others

STOP! I opened my account 6 months ago.(HUGE MISTAKE!!🤬) I got an email, if I set up direct deposit, I would get a $100 bonus 🤑 after meeting requirements. Super exciting right??!! My direct deposit was scheduled for 4/27, on 4/26, my account was closed for "account verification".🤔🤔 5/2 Customer service says, "We will mail you a check ASAP"! 5/10 (14 days later!)they finally mail my check. Today is 5/20, and I am still WAITING!🤬 "Tip for the day". Dough Is NOT where your Dough needs to Go!
