Clinometer: Level & Angle

Clinometer is an inclinometer, angle finder, and digital bubble level for Android. Measure tilt, slope, pitch, and angles in seconds — no calibration tools needed.

Whether you're hanging a picture, leveling a deck, mounting a TV, or measuring a roof pitch, Clinometer turns your phone into a professional angle finder you carry everywhere.

▶ MAIN FEATURES
• Inclinometer — single-axis tilt and slope angle in degrees
• Bubble level — dual-axis level for floors, shelves, walls
• Angle finder — measure any angle from 0 to 360°
• Slope meter — show grade in degrees, percent, and ratio (1:N)
• Roof pitch calculator — read pitch instantly
• Hold mode — lock the angle hands-free
• 0.1° precision via accelerometer + gyroscope sensor fusion
• Reference plane calibration — zero on any surface
• Dark mode for outdoor use
• Works fully offline, no account needed

▶ HOW TO USE
1. Open Clinometer and place phone on a flat reference surface for 1-second calibration
2. Hold the phone against any edge, beam, or surface you want to measure
3. Read the angle in degrees, percent grade, or 1:N ratio
4. Tap "Hold" to freeze the value while you adjust the workpiece

▶ WHO USES CLINOMETER
• Carpenters and DIY hobbyists who need a fast bubble level
• Construction workers measuring slope, pitch, and grade
• Roofers calculating roof pitch and panel angles
• Solar installers verifying optimal panel inclination
• Photographers leveling tripods, gimbals, and mounts
• Drivers checking off-road incline, trailer level, RV setup
• Cyclists, hikers and runners measuring climb gradient
• Engineers, surveyors and inspectors needing a digital angle finder
• Woodworkers checking miter, bevel, and saw blade angle
• Architects and interior designers verifying wall plumb

Recent changes:
The slope no longer sticks to how you were holding the phone when you tapped Start. Set it on the roof or ramp, wait a beat, and the reading follows the surface. If the hold looks wrong, tap the label under the gauge to switch lying-flat, on-end, or on-edge.
