I'm a housekeeper. I've been working with this app for about 2 weeks. I wish there was a way to know which rooms have notes attached at a glance without clicking the room (like putting a dot or something beside the number)

Website build and hosting has been perfect, the team responsive. But the billing team has just sent inaccurate instructions and told me not to be frustrated, so I have to warn others. For one month Cloud beds couldn't log me in. Their directions for putting listings on other OTAs such as VRB and Agoda were wrong, so that I had to list 8 houses over and over. I have refunds for their billing mistakes, and I can't use any financial info because they can't record any payment from OTAs. Avoid.

This app is appalling. Firstly, it boots up my Tor browser upon start for no reason whatsoever. Why it does this is a mystery given that it's not even my default browser. Why it needs to boot up a browser at all is also a mystery as once the browser is shut down the app starts (eventually). There's also no calendar, so no info on which accommodation is booked for any given day. All departures are marked as "checked out" (even those who haven't arrived) and reservation data is all over the place.

It's okay, wish it showed the calendar, so you could see all the bookings that day. Also, it has some bugs bc when I click on tomorrow's departures, it says "checked out already" but the guest hasn't even arrived yet.
