Useful app for managing 🏨 hotel inventory and price anytime. Also, restaurant & bar can be managed from app. Overall it's a good app and within a short time of 1 yr they have developed a lot of features in app. Channel manager and offline booking both can be managed.🤘🤘👍

One of the worst channel manager worst support system I have used only 15 days waste of time waste of energy I have paid for 3 months Mr. Binary has promised me if i don't like the system he will refund my money I send him over 10 email reminder for refund he never replies my emails I have sent him message on WhatsApp he blocked me i his not man of commitment i don't recommend go for other channel manager

Hey guys, your grievance redressal system is pathetic, almost non-existent. You are hiding the huge flaws in the software. Too many bugs. You have not refunded me for last 4 months. As a Customer - my recommendations would be not to use this software as it would cause both economic losses and double booking - guest inconvenience, arguments with guest. They are using some software to hide bad reviews on Google Maps also They will delete and repost LinkedIn posts when you give bad review

Had a terrible experience with Stayflexi. They accepted the payment and confirmed the booking. After a month, they called and cancelled the booking without providing any alternate booking. Also, the money is held up with the hotel, so they are not refunding that either. Raised multiple support tickets, and they got closed without any resolution or my consent. This is pathetic. The attitude of the hotel manager is arrogant and rude. Not sure how they partner with hotels.
