Wonderful stay at Hotel Karims, Kashmir! We had an excellent experience throughout our stay. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the hospitality was truly warm and welcoming. Having 24×7 hot water and heaters made our stay very comfortable, especially in the cold weather. The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying. There was absolutely zero negative experience. Completely worth it — 100% recommended for anyone visiting Kashmir

No Real customer support for the host. Just number of business development manager and zonal manager on app, and they never pick up the call or revert on mail. MMT should set up a proper customer support for the hosts like AirBnb have to provide prompt solutions and help for the host.

Very disappointing partner support from MakeMyTrip. We have repeatedly tried contacting our assigned BDM and Zonal Manager regarding urgent property issues, but calls, messages, and emails go unanswered. Hotel partners are expected to maintain guest satisfaction, yet there is no reliable support when assistance is needed. This lack of communication affects operations, customer experience, and property ratings. Immediate attention is required.
