Wonderful stay at Hotel Karims, Kashmir! We had an excellent experience throughout our stay. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the hospitality was truly warm and welcoming. Having 24×7 hot water and heaters made our stay very comfortable, especially in the cold weather. The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying. There was absolutely zero negative experience. Completely worth it — 100% recommended for anyone visiting Kashmir

These people are fraud. I have given checking to 15+ guests, and they have not even settled the amount yet since the beginning. I have been reaching out to Mayan (area manager) and Deepak seth (regional manager) they are just telling me to wait it's been more than 20 days. And these people are so shameless that they are keep on sending the guests, I have had existing bookings, but I don't want to give checking because of these corrupt people.

Very disappointing partner support from MakeMyTrip. We have repeatedly tried contacting our assigned BDM and Zonal Manager regarding urgent property issues, but calls, messages, and emails go unanswered. Hotel partners are expected to maintain guest satisfaction, yet there is no reliable support when assistance is needed. This lack of communication affects operations, customer experience, and property ratings. Immediate attention is required.
