I WARN ANYONE BOOKING THROUGH THIS APP, THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO REACH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING REFUND ISSUES. I HAD TRIED ALL THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY Didn't HAVE A OPTION TO CLEAR QUERIES REGARDING REFUND. ALSO, THEIR CHATBOT IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. ITS's BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET, BUT THEIR CHAT BOT SAYS THAT THE REFUND IS COMPLETED CREDITED IN WALLET. BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND EITHER IN MY WALLET NOR IN MY BANK.

Very bad service, customer support very bad, I booked a 3-star hotel and paid the full amount through MakeMyTrip. On arrival, I was shifted to another lower-quality hotel without any prior call, SMS or email. The hotel was 5 km from town, AC remote was not working, towels and blankets were dirty, drinking water and room service were chargeable. MakeMyTrip support did not help. I request a partial refund and compensation.

Very disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip. I booked a confirmed hotel through the app, but was denied check-in due to the hotel's policy regarding unmarried couples. Surprisingly, I had previously stayed at the same hotel with my fiancée without any issues. MakeMyTrip provided no support when the problem occurred, even the hotel agreed for refund & mailed mmt regarding the same. I was initially assured of a refund, but there was poor coordination and no satisfactory resolution.
