Smriti Chauhan, visited Cloud nine for my antenatal check-up. Cloud nine is a wonderful hospital that provides excellent care for both mothers and babies. All the doctors here are highly educated and experienced, especially Dr. Richa Gangway Ma’am. The nursing staff is also very well-trained and supportive. Overall, my experience has been excellent. I literally feel like saying, “Wow!”

My experience with the Cloud nine app and hospital services was not satisfactory. Patients are asked to download the app and pay ₹150 just for registration. After that, every doctor visit, including follow-ups, costs around ₹1000. The process feels very business-oriented. Most interactions are handled by staff managing appointments rather than direct doctor access. Patients are also encouraged to buy products from the hospital itself. Overall, the system feels more focused on revenue than patient

I visited Cloud nine Hospital, HRBR Layout, Bengaluru, on 25th June and consulted Dr. Kavita. During the consultation, the doctor advised me to undergo a few laboratory tests. I was informed that the test reports would be available in two days. I received the reports on 27th June and called the hospital to book a follow-up appointment. However, I was told that since the doctor was not available that day, I could not use the free follow-up consultation and would have to pay another ₹1,000.

The baby vaccination chart is not correct. They seem to be outdated. It's suggested to update the vaccination chart ASAP.
