Are you guyz serious that in your payment page there are no UPI option? And in net banking no HDFC, ICICI, Axis the top most customer base private banks. There is no option to go ahead with payment.

I visited Cloud nine Hospital, HRBR Layout, Bengaluru, on 25th June and consulted Dr. Kavita. During the consultation, the doctor advised me to undergo a few laboratory tests. I was informed that the test reports would be available in two days. I received the reports on 27th June and called the hospital to book a follow-up appointment. However, I was told that since the doctor was not available that day, I could not use the free follow-up consultation and would have to pay another ₹1,000.
