The app works great, gives you lots of info about your health, so you can self research...and they are making it better all the time. One feedback: when you get a referral for a specialist, tap on referral: it's not so easy to look at all specialists in a broader area, say "pääkaupunki" or even all specialists in that discipline since many bookings can be remote. I want to be able to search the specialists and read their descriptions more freely from the referral button tap pathway.

Really good app with English user interface. Modern, easy to use, and constantly improved with new features. Thumbs up to the dev team! BTW, am I using it for occupational health needs and have not used much any other similar apps. I have enjoyed especially the lab results history charts, online chats, and the recent symptom assessment then to appointment recommendation. Video calls with doc worked nice too.

Have to authenticate every time I try to log in, getting frustrating when the sole purpose of the app is to reduce strong auth times.

Occupational healthcare experience has become massively worse since the app forces you to navigate to repetitive useless screens to get to what you actually need (book an appointment or a chat). Some of these screens are actually broken, for example I cannot renew a prescription anymore as an occupational healthcare customer

I never see a doctor like In this app you tell him your symptoms and I how you feel He waiting your time and your money after 45 minutes of speak he tells you I think you have to visit a doctor. Omg My brain did stop a doctor can't give you Solutions and after all this he doesn't know what's your problem this is the scend time I get Disappointed on Herstal.

It used to tell me that I should re-authenticate randomly. But now it won't work at all. I reinstalled it and in the last step it just shows a blue window stay like that.
