Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately not the easiest of app to set up and use. Took me days to figure out how to get the doorbell to ring through to my phone, and then it was only by accident and a little bit tinkering with the app that I was able to get it working on my phone. Great bit of kit though, so I am happy with the product. A good little camera doorbell and a good wallet friendly price. Recommended, useful bit of kit.

Good when get it going, it's useless at scanning the QR code on device or phone, and won't work with 5G Wi-Fi, fail to alert phone when doorbell rings. AVOID.

Unreliable. Humanoid/motion detection doesn't work till people are on the doorstep or have walked past my house. wouldn't recommend. I am going to bin it, bite the bullet and get a ring doorbell. Worth laying more and it is actually working.

This app is appalling bad, have to uninstall and reinstall every couple of days, as it just says "no data" and stops working. It lags too much to actually use as a video doorbell app, the person knocking at the door will be long gone before you can use it to speak to them. Don't waste your time buying anything that uses this app, plus the ads for, and in your face trying to get you to "upgrade" to the paid cloud storage, becomes extremely irritating, just avoid.

I was conned when purchasing from Amazon I thought it was more like a ring doorbell, it doesn't capture the person ringing and the motion sensor is not great not capturing the person etc. like there's a slight delay for some reason, if I could return it and get my money back I would,
