This is my first doorbell of this kind. So far, it suits my needs for my small one-story home. L may get a 2nd unit for my rear door.

One of the best. So clear, and you can see so far and wide with this one we absolutely love it .the price is unbelievable for the quality that you get. Ten out of ten in my book

Good when get it going, it's useless at scanning the QR code on device or phone, and won't work with 5G Wi-Fi, fail to alert phone when doorbell rings. AVOID.
★☆☆☆☆Charlie H· Feb 19, 2026
Unreliable. Humanoid/motion detection doesn't work till people are on the doorstep or have walked past my house. wouldn't recommend. I am going to bin it, bite the bullet and get a ring doorbell. Worth laying more and it is actually working.

This came with the doorbell camera that I brought along with an indoor doorbell which constantly disconnects. Battery life is very poor. The app is very hard to follow and with every update they seem to hide the battery management. Also the battery management is very slow in updating when you unplug it from charging it can take up to 30 minutes for the app to recognize that it's been unplugged to show you what the battery life is the battery history is very poor I'm not accurate in my experience
★★☆☆☆Karl Wright· Aug 20, 2026
Worked fine for a while, but now it just sends a silent notification when someone uses the doorbell instead of making the chime noise, so I'm missing post and deliveries
