★★★★★ We use this Cloudot app to set up our Euki J9 doorbell camera, it is very easy to do and all works well, Except that there seems to be No way to give the J9 its Own Allert Tone, it just uses the Default sound of fhe phone, as does all the other apps that do not have their own sound, so we have had to turn off all the other apps sound so that we know shen someone is near the door, so, Please could you update fhe app, to allow it to have its Own Sound, thank you very much.

★★☆☆☆ Picture quality is amazing. But that Has little to do with the app and more to do with the camera. App seemed really good for the first month now it does not give me notifications when somebody pushes the doorbell. I get constant notifications when I go outside but almost none when anyone else is at my door. Chime will not sync with the doorbell. Going to try resetting and reinstalling everything

★★☆☆☆ This app has completely messed up my phone (Android). It has slowed it down to a snails pace and is very glitchy. It takes forever for it to connect to the alerts and the alerts come very late after motion is detected. It locks my phone and freezes during unlocking. It messes up my notification bar. If I could delete the app and use another one with my doorbell, I would immediately, but I can't. I've never gone out of my way to write such a poor review for an app before, but that's how bad it is.
