I am new to cloud phone. When I called it from a different phone it did as it should how ever when I pressed 1 for the transfer it went silent for a minute and took forever to ring my phone. And I almost hung up as if it wants working. Then it started to ring. It would be so much better if music can be played or a pleasing hold or something so they (the caller) knows to hold on.

This is an awesome app, and an even better service. Between transcribing my messages, screening my calls, and allowing me to present customers with a professional-sounding phone tree, Cloud Phone easily fills my business needs. But on top of that, it's also so easy to use and so affordable that it has pretty much replaced the native phone in my app entirely and has me looking into data-only plans.

Was good. Bank account got hacked. Had to change billing info. It will not let you and there's 0 customer service Horrible with new changes Look for another app to use !

Was good before, then they decided to charge 3 times the amount while providing a much lower quality service. They claim to have upgraded certain things but as a user for a few years I can assure you that the functionality has actually gone down with calls dropping or not even being able to make calls sometimes. You let them know about it and they don't actually fix anything. Currently, reaching alternatives as this is no longer worth the price.
