Description
OnRelay is a cloud based mobile office phone service. It works everywhere over standard cellular connections using regular cellular minutes.
OnRelay allows you to run your business and manage your important company calls from your smartphone. OnRelay includes a powerful mainline feature with an auto-attendant, receptionist option, dynamic member call groups and configurable voice menus. OnRelay thereby ensures your customer calls are always professionally answered, and get effectively routed to a real human being even if your organisation is distributed, virtual and mobile.
With OnRelay you can manage all your phone calls from one smartphone and still keep business and personal calls separate. Just as you separate business and personal emails: Place business calls from your direct office line or your company mainline, and use your cell number as before for personal calls. Your incoming call screen indicates whether you are answering a business call or not, and if so whether it is a direct call or a parallel group call to your company mainline. Adjust your answer prompt accordingly, and filter unimportant calls as required.
OnRelay also ensures you can always reach colleagues and transfer calls to them with a few clicks. It includes a live company directory where you can instantly see if a colleague is in a call, in do not disturb mode, or has shared some presence details. You can click to call, or dial and transfer mainline calls using short number extensions. Your company voice mails are always accessible on the go, and call group voice mails and their read / unread statuses are seamlessly shared by all staff members.
OnRelay also includes a comprehensive messaging service. You can SMS with your customers using your company main number, and have multiple colleagues deal with incoming texts to your mainline or to dedicated group numbers. You can also instant message with all colleagues individually or within call groups.
OnRelay also eliminates the need and expense of land-line desk phones and their associated on-premises hardware, cabling, infrastructure and support.
