Description
CLT+ is the City of Charlotte service request and information app. All communities within Mecklenburg County that receive city services can access CharMeck 311 through CLT+. Whether you need trash pick-up, want to report a code violation in your neighborhood or a stray animal, CLT+ is designed to meet your everyday needs. Supported city departments include Solid Waste Services, Storm Water, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Neighborhood & Business Services and Charlotte Department of Transportation. Residents can also request a municipal service by visiting https://servicerequest.charlottenc.gov/.
Recent changes: Solid Waste Request Types (Bulky Pickup and Curb it!) now remembers the last address and uses it by default for future requests. This can be disabled in More -> Settings. Bug Fixes.

I rarely leave reviews, but I'm so happy with CLT+. It makes requesting specific city services SO convenient. I'm able to add photos when it's appropriate and see the status as well. Props to the dev team, it's a great app.

Tough to write a review because I have yet to use it for a service. But it does open. There are a ton of services to choose from, including sanitation pick up, street repairs, reporting graffiti, etc.

Great app especially if you work during the day and don't have time to call 311 you can always do it after hours on the app because I needed a bulky pickup but was working during the day so when I got off of work I was able to schedule a bulky pickup for the next available pick up day

App states my address is not serviceable for the pickup day inquiry and my address is not listed for bulk pickup. Just like the website.

This app is absolutely horrible. Please fix the entire app. Every time I enter an address to see when recycling pick is coming up, the address is never found. This app is full of technical errors
