The CATS-PASS..... GPS tracking system. Stop tracking buses and trains, as of October 3rd. And the problem is ongoing. Is anyone from CATS or the developer looking into this issue?

Pass works good for the most part. But my validation never codes load and the drivers are giving me a hard time about it almost to the point of being rude and not letting me ride even though my pass says active and show to the driver.

This is a great app if you ride the trains or buses in Charlotte it gives you more up-to-date information than Google Maps will sometimes they may have a shutdown on certain routes, and you will be misguided if you use only Google Maps to get you around. You also can use this app to pay with the debit card for a bus/transit ride in case you don't have paper money.

The schedule and planning a route are useless. The QR code for my ticket rarely scans.

NEVER EVER shows Bus or Train GPS ICON on Map during Ice or Snow days when Riders desperately need to know where the Buses are currently located on their route. CATS Charlotte Administration is definitely NOT doing their Jobs keeping the Transit System here functioning properly and correctly. During any snow or Ice storm, EVEN the Technology which keeps the CATS PASS APP functioning correctly STOPS WORKING! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INCOMPETENT WHAT CATS TRANSIT IS DOING !

CATS (Charlotte area transportation center). Where you can be at the bus stop 10 minutes early, and it shows up 10 minutes late, or get to it 3 minutes before it says, and it left 4 minutes ago. #TRASH
