★★☆☆☆ CATs have a new program fare capping (Its very confusing and complicated) with their one-minute video & the info they posted on the website. However, you have to spend $88 (one way, day, weekly)activated I spent $88 by the end of the month they refuse to put a pass in the app had a red check mark instead of a yellow check mark. After calling, emailing, fb message multiple times I still didn't get the reason behind the red check mark & CS call supervisor refuse to respond

★★☆☆☆ Where is the option to buy tickets for the triple digit buses, such as 290 or 222? Those tickets only cost $0.90 cents, but the lowest a non student/senior can pay for a ticket is $2.20. I'll even buy them in a set, just give me a way to stop throwing away money
