Just fine, same as every other city these days. It seems as if one corporation owns all the bus terminals in the country now! Neighborhood bus stops are an unsafe mess just like everywhere too.

It deletes my card everything I use it I wish y'all would get tap pay and make it simple instead of being simple-minded bless the heart of this poor city, and I don't mean poor like treated unfair I mean poor like not even two pennies to rub together kinda poor

How was I supposed to know the bus stop wasn't available? There's nothing posted on the app saying that you guys aren't stopping at Stanford and Burton. There's nothing even covering the bus stop sign saying that the bus stop's not in service. You guys could at least put something in the app saying that the bus stop's not in service. Now I'm going to be late for work because you guys couldn't give me a heads-up that I wasn't able to catch the bus. No alerts found. Unsatisfactory service.

What happens to the different passes you can purchase? Now there is only option to buy a single bus pass. Did they stop the all day and 7 day?
