I will update the stars for this app if you all update the payment methods. 3 of my cards have declined while trying to purchase a bus pass. Update: all I had to do was add money to a wallet, and it works the same. Nice

It's hard to scan a lot, unfortunately, but it's definitely a lot more convenient than the paper pass.

I posted this on the Transit app as well. Neither one of these services allowed me to utilize them for the Cincinnati Metro today, and I was lucky that the driver waived my fare. I uploaded $10 to this app and every Cincinnati channel continued to error out and not display any ticket. Uploaded $5 to the Transit app and no ticket would present there either! Needless to say, I did what was prescribed to resolve my funds not syncing, and they still weren't synced.

Not bad app but the switch device and have to wait 6 months has to go what the hell do you have to do to get back in to your account, so I'm not waste money and lose all my bus passes on my account when the app fails

Have emailed numerous times asking in helping fix problem. Every time I try to purchase a monthly ticket for the ride the app closes. Have tried everything they told me to try. I really liked the app when I first started using, now not so much. Hasn't been updated since July 24, 2025.

Will not register payment at all, constantly hit with an error message that they can't process my payment. Thankfully I checked before needing to get on the bus, or it would have been a travesty. Fix your app and I'll change my rating. Otherwise, just bring cash or buy your pass at the terminal otherwise you may end up stranded with no way to get home thanks to the apps buggyness.
