Works as it SHOULD. Use it all the time. I've had to free space up and deleted it twice accidentally... Within like a week... This 2nd time it says I have to wait 28 days to "switch my account to this device." IT'S THE SAME DEVICE.

It's hard to scan a lot, unfortunately, but it's definitely a lot more convenient than the paper pass.

Normally this app is very convenient and easy to use. Yesterday- 10/14/23, it wouldn't load ANY of the bus terminal choices, and I was left unable to purchase a bus pass to use through my phone. I tried on & off of Wi-Fi, that didn't work. I uninstalled the app & reinstalled it, and now I can't even login to the app again bcuz I keep getting an error message, "Underlying Network Error. Error Code: SDK_200" Please fix this. I can't possibly be the only one with this issue?? Will edit review when fixed

I posted this on the Transit app as well. Neither one of these services allowed me to utilize them for the Cincinnati Metro today, and I was lucky that the driver waived my fare. I uploaded $10 to this app and every Cincinnati channel continued to error out and not display any ticket. Uploaded $5 to the Transit app and no ticket would present there either! Needless to say, I did what was prescribed to resolve my funds not syncing, and they still weren't synced.

Tarta bus just ripped me off how do I get my $1.50 refund and don't say contact TARTA I Paid ez fare for the ride I was ripped off now I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK Where is the customer support???
