★★★★★ The apps pretty good. They just need to fix their history page option. I bought a 1 ride RTA pass. It expired, and I wanted to show to driver I did indeed have a pass. But when I opened the history menu, I didn't have any of my transactions at all, and I buy passes almost daily.

★★☆☆☆ With this app, when you buy a ticket, do not activate it until you are ready to get on the bus. Since my husband is almost blind and any parents with children, while you may want to activate the pass, to make a persons' life easier, you cannot do this, you must teach the person how to activate it, and now they must scan it within a few minutes of activation or the ticket is cancelled, and then you have to deal with that. First few times of use disconcerting until you are used to it

★★☆☆☆ Lately this app been having issues when you activate a ticket sometimes it will say error the problem needs to be fixed because not all bus drivers will wait for the app to start working

★★☆☆☆ This app is unreliable, like most digital systems that promise convenience, but it is a hindrance. Twice I was late to work cause ez fare system goes down only when I'm running late for work. Cash is king, don't need a network to ride the bus.
